Documentation varies from project-to-project and team-to-team, but below are some things you can consider documenting for your Power BI Dashboard. The main thing you want to document is the lineage; what upstream content are linked to that dashboard.

Lineage view of the dashboard (or alternative) ?

Tiles with custom links ?

Images and other non-reporting content (what/where/why/how) ?

Text boxes that should be updated, and when/why

Data Alerts connected to the dashboard & downstream automated flows/actions ?

Direct Query / Real-time / streaming sources linked to the dashboard ?

Whether Q&A is enabled and how it is supported ?
