Set a clear, appealing app icon and name ?

Clearly define who owns this app in the contact information ?

Set the support site and if the app is automatically installed ?

Label and arrange content clearly, with icons if needed ?

App Access & Permissions

Set up audiences in a useful and pragmatic way ?

Add users by Azure AD groups or Distribution Lists if you can ?

Set and test permissions appropriately ?

User Experience & Supplementary App Content

Create a Homepage dashboard for announcements and direction ?

Create a FAQ dashboard to add & answer common questions ?

Add a section with short training videos for each report page ?

Link to your feedback & issue reporting system for that app ?
